Service & Warranty Qualifications


     At present, ESC has two service technicians dedicated to providing quality service to our customers, Mike Lunnenborg and Glen Schweikert. In addition, a designated Project Engineer will be available via phone for service and support help. For 24-hour emergency calls, an operator will take your facility information and forward it to an ECS technician who will be in contact with your facility within 4 hours of the call.




Mike Lunneborg
Mike brings over 11 years combined experience in Integrated Security Systems, Fire & Alarm installation, as well as corrections installation and commissioning.
Glen Schweikert
Glen brings over 6 years combined experience in corrections installation and commissioning, as well as providing quality service to the corrections industry.

Emergency Response Time

     ECS's 24-hour service line is available to all ECS customers. An ECS authorized technician will attempt to evaluate the problem and perform basic troubleshooting over the phone with the facility personnel. In 90% of the cases, ECS is able to direct the facility personnel in such a way as to get the system reset and operational. In the event that the facility is unable to reset the system affected, with ECS's assistance, an ECS technician will be dispatched to the facility on the next available flight or in the event that a flight is not available in time, the technician will drive to the facility.

     ECS has an extensive inventory of products supplied over the years for the corrections industry. Our stock is sufficient to accommodate almost any service problem. Standard stock manufacturers are as listed below:

  Statement Of Serviceability By ECS

     ECS asserts that it possesses the capability to service the installed systems by factory trained technicians for each major system, and will retain that capability througout the warranty period, and will in fact, offer a service contract if desired thereafter.
