ECS has three local service technicians dedicated to providing quality service to our customers, John Watterson (Service Manager), Glen Schweikert, and John Pachman. In addition, a designated Project Engineer will always be available via phone for service and support help. For 24-hour emergency calls, an operator will take your facility information and forward it to an ECS technician who will be in contact with your facility within 4 hours of any call.

Emergency Response Time

24-hour service line is available to all ECS customers. An ECS authorized technician will attempt to evaluate the problem and perform basic troubleshooting over the phone with the facility personnel. In 90% of the cases, ECS is able to direct the facility personnel in such a way as to get the system reset and operational. In the event that the facility is unable to reset the system affected, with ECS's assistance, an ECS technician will be dispatched to the facility on the next available flight or in the event that a flight is not available in time, the technician will drive to the facility.

We have an extensive inventory of products supplied over the years for the corrections industry. Our stock is sufficient to accommodate almost any service problem or backup needs.

Statement Of Serviceability By ECS

ECS asserts that it possesses the capability to service the installed systems by factory trained technicians for each major system, and will retain that capability throughout the warranty period, and will in fact, offer a service contract if desired thereafter.

Servicing the USA and abroad

ECS typically covers 13 western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our experience and vendor representation has taken us to other areas of the United States as well. We have never turned down an opportunity for work in any of the 50 United States. We have even undertaken projects outside the U.S., including Guam. We are currently looking at projects in Brazil as well.
